Istituto Venezia (Venice, Italy)
 The school is located in a historical building with a huge terrace and 7 class rooms, just in the very centre of Venice. The area is the well-known Venetian square, Campo Santa Margherita. It is a meeting place for students and residents who go shopping in the beautiful shops of the area or take a break to chat and drink in the open-air cafés.
All the students have free access to two internet points, a self-access study room with video facilities where they can watch films from the video collection of the school and wi-fi Internet connection.

Beyond the unquestioned reputation of city of art and architecture, Venice offers a lot of amusements and interesting events for anyone.
The Venetian lagoon is scattered of wonderful islands which one with a different feature that makes it unique. Why not visit Murano, the island of glass and Burano of laces etc. Many trips by boat are organised during the year that offer the possibility to visit the islands in one day and enjoy the nature of the lagoon from a singular perspective.
Venice can seem so quite and silent that its nightlife is thought to be almost inexistent but in fact, from 6pm the Squares are crowded of people until late at night; apart from the university parties, there are many places to go to enjoy the night.

 Flights and transfer |
The flight and any other transportation to and from your destination is your own responsability. It is recommended to look around at the different air lines since they often have special offers and the prices can differ a great deal. If you have problems finding your flight please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance and we will do our best to help out.
The school offers a transfer service from Venice Marco Polo airport and from Venice Trains tation. The service costs 45 euro. You will get the address to your accommodation well in advance if you want to find the accommodation on your own.

 What happens on the first day |
You shall be at the school 8.45 am first day where you will start with a placement test then you will get information about the course, the school and Venice.
