 Flights and transfer |
The flight and any other transportation to and from your destination is your own responsability. It is recommended to look around at the different air lines since they often have special offers and the prices can differ a great deal. If you have problems finding your flight please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance and we will do our best to help out.
You will receive more information about the transfer in good time before the course starts.
The price is 140 AUD for one way.

 What happens on the first day |
On the first day of your course you need to report to reception at Kaplan Aspect Sydney at 8.30am. Your first day will be a Monday unless there is a designated holiday on the Monday - in which case your first day will be on the Tuesday.
Your course will begin with an all-day introduction which will include:
• Registration and creation of a student ID card
• Receive a student handbook
• Introduction to the school
• A placement test to determine your English level
• Information about the school and school activities
• A walk around Sydney to show you the local amenities
• Receive a timetable showing your schedule, classroom and teachers
• A tour of the school and Study Centre
• Meet the school staff and create your Internet account.
You will be assigned to the most appropriate class for their level of English. On the first day, all students will need to bring all their Kaplan Aspect documents, passport, 2 passport-sized photos, an English dictionary, apartment bond if necessary, AUD 70 for the book deposit and a pen and paper for note-taking purposes
