Note In our package prices from the price calculator on each of our partner schools information page accommodation is included from the Sunday before the start of the course until the saturday after the course end. These are normally the dates that you should fill in below. If you require extra nights please enter the dates that would suit you best. Extra nights carry an extra charge. Payment

A fee of �70 is necessary for booking. This payment should be at LanGo�s disposal not later than 1 week following confirmation of the booking. This fee is not refundable and appears in all our web prices.

The balance is due at the latest 30 days before the commencement of the course with the aforementioned booking fee being deductible from the total fee.

All confirmed bookings are binding and the booking fee is due even if you cancel your request before you have paid the booking fee.

If any of the above- mentioned terms and conditions are not fulfilled LanGo cannot guarantee either the course or accommodation.

All payments are to be effected by international bank transfer bank-transfer.

Once arrived at your destination the school has complete responsibility for your course and accommodation. Obviously we will on our part do everything we can to help you with any problems that may arise.

Cancellations
-------------
Cancellations shall be made in writing to our office.

If you cancel your package more than 30 days before the commencement of the course, we will refund you the entire course fee except the booking fee which is unrefundable.

Cancellations made 30-14 days before the commencement of the course will be refunded at 50% of the course fee.

If the cancellation is done later than 14 days before the commencement of the course or after the commencement of the course no refund can be made.

Should schools terms and conditions be more favorable than LanGo�s regarding cancellations, the schools terms & conditions will prevail.

We always recommend you ensure having the proper insurance before traveling.

If two or more consecutive courses are booked, the booking is considered to be one booking and all terms and conditions shall be based on the date of the first course.

LanGo has no obligation to refund a student who is unable to continue his/her course due to medical or other reasons. We therefore recommend that you make sure you have adequate travel insurance during your stay.

Our partner schools are not obliged to be open or commence tuition during public and/or national and/or bank holidays prevalent at your destination. LanGo has no obligation to refund a student for cancelled lessons and tuition due to such holidays.

We shall not be liable for genuine mistakes regarding course plans, activities, hotel information and similar, whether in hard copy or on our web sites. We also disclaim unforeseen costs arising outside our control such as added taxes or other fees, changes in VAT, currency changes etc.

LanGo exempts itself from liability regarding any injuries or deaths during the student�s stay abroad.

Any complaints regarding course, accommodation or anything related to the paid package 
shall be immediately forwarded to the school. Complaints made after the end of the course will not be entertained.

LanGo recommends that all students purchase adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of their stay abroad.

In cases where the number of course participants is too low the school will offer private lessons or other tuition which, in the school's opinion, constitutes tuition equivalent to that of the originally booked course. In such cases the school's choice of alternative equivalent tuition will be final.

NOTE! In the case of hotel bookings, the hotel�s own terms and conditions regarding cancellations and similar matters will supersede any of the above provisions.
